Hulse Dental is now Case Dental

I am excited to share some special news with you about the future of our practice.

After five wonderful years of serving this community alongside Dr. Hulse, I am honored to step into a greater leadership role by assuming ownership of the practice. Dr. Hulse will continue practicing as an
integral part of our team, and together we are excited to build upon the strong foundation you know and trust. As part of this transition, you will begin to see our new name – Case Dental – which reflects our continued growth and vision for the future.

Most importantly, I want to reassure you that this transition is truly a celebration of continuity – of the values, trust, and personalized care that have defined this practice for over three decades.

Being part of Hulse Dental has been one of the greatest privileges of my professional career. Working alongside Dr. Hulse has provided me not only with an incredible mentor, but also with a firsthand example of the compassion and excellence this practice has always stood for. I am deeply grateful for the confidence he has placed in me to carry this legacy forward.

Dr. Hulse will continue practicing dentistry for at least three more years. Together, we are honored to continue caring for you and your families for many years to come. Thank you for allowing us to be part of your lives and for the trust you place in our team.

We are excited about what the future holds and look forward to continuing this journey with you.

Transition Q & A

Who is taking over Hulse Dental?
Our long-term Associate, Dr. Zachary Case, is now leading the dental office. He has been here for 5 years and we are all excited to have him as our leader. He is a great dentist and is wonderful with our patients and our team. He fits right in with our office culture.

So, Dr Hulse is retiring?
No, Dr Hulse is not retiring. He is transitioning the practice to Dr. Case, our long time associate, and will continue practicing dentistry for at least the next 3 years.

What will the change mean or transition mean for my dental care?
We are not changing the delivery of your dental care. We have the same dentists we have had for the past five years and the same team you have come to know and love. We will continue providing you with the high-quality care that you have come to expect from us!

Will you still take my insurance?
Yes, we are continuing to accept the same insurance coverage as we have in the past. We will continue processing insurance claims for you.

When will I meet the new dentist/owner?
Dr. Case has been here for 5 years and I am sorry you haven’t met him already. Dr. Case grew up in Harmony, MN, attended college at UW-La Crosse and completed his Dental Degree at Creighton University. We can be sure you meet him today…I will be sure to ask him to come in so you are able to talk with him.

When is Dr. Hulse retiring?
Dr. Hulse loves what he does and is committed to taking care of all his patients - he is not leaving anytime soon. He will be here for at least the next 3 years.

Are you becoming one of those corporate offices I hear about?
No, our office is not a corporate office. Dr. Case is an individual dentist, just like Dr. Hulse, who is taking over the leadership of the office. We are a private practice dental office.

What will the new name be?
The new name of the office will be Case Dental. In the next few months, you will be able to find our new name, email address and other information online. Right now, though, we are dedicated to letting our patients know about the change in ownership.

When will the change take place?
Actually, Dr. Case has been leading the office since the start of 2026, so 5 months now. He has been doing a great job running the office and maintaining the same culture we have always had.

How long has Dr. Case been leading the office?
Dr. Case has been leading the office since the start of 2026 and wanted to ensure a smooth transition for both patients and team members. Our priority has always been maintaining the same trusted care, relationships, and experience our patients have come to expect. Now that the transition is well established, we are excited to officially share the news and introduce the updated office name.

Am I still able to have Dr. Hulse or Dr. Case do my dental work?
Absolutely, you can choose whomever you want to do your dental care just like you always have. We always honor any of those requests.

What about your location and phone number? It's all staying the same, just come on down to the place you have always known as our office, we are not moving. We will continue to be located at 1840 E. Main St in Onalaska and our phone number will remain the same, 608.783.1306.
